The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a very modern luxury property with very modern rooms. Everything is very new which I liked a lot. The view from the balcony is nice as you can see the ocean. The food was good

The breakfast was great and the resort was really nice. The location was far from all the noise which was nice but also we had to take a taxi just to get out of it

bad things in this hotel check out it’s early 12:00pm it’s not good for the people they have flight at night sometime you need leat check out but they didn’t help you

Facilities were exceptionally clean - rooms had extra locks for additional security and safety. 24/7 reception made checking in super easy especially when flights are delayed and guests reach the hotel after midnight. All items in the fridge were also complimentary which made our night as we have come from a 9hr trip and only arrived at 2AM when not many stores were open

The location was great with an awesome view of mountains around . Best shuttle service to Patong Jungceylon approx 5 minutes from the resort . Will definetly stay again .

Excellent Experience at a Beautiful Resort My stay at this resort was truly fantastic. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. After traveling around other islands for ten days, I returned here and was once again very well taken care of. I stayed in a spacious and very clean room with a large, soft bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was perfectly maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Every day there was a wide variety of options, with something different on offer each morning. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the coffee was especially good – a real highlight! The resort is located a bit away from Patong Beach, which allows for peace and quiet, far from the noise and crowds. This creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. Transportation is well organized: a free shuttle runs to Patong Beach every two hours. Alternatively, you can easily book a Grab, which is inexpensive and convenient. In short: a beautiful resort with excellent service, top-notch facilities, a wonderful breakfast, and a peaceful location. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Very beautiful location and hotel. The staff were very nice. We loved the reception with cool towels and tea. The place was beautiful and quiet.
